Aqua Clara International designs and makes simple drinking water sand filtration systems for families. These inexpensive filters can help make water safe to drink. They have extensive operations in Kenya in Africa and are expanding their work in Latin America. Agua Pura Para El Pueblo is going to give a brief workshop at Aqua Clara's headquarters in Holland, Michigan on April 12th. The workshop will cover ways to test water for pathogenic bacteria, both before and after the use of filtration systems.
